On Sunday, ten of our twelve solo singers met up for their first rehearsal. There was a lot of warming up, a lot of giggling and a lot of throwing things at me (in a constructive, cheery sort of a way). Oh and we learnt the song from start to finish.

Ruth got goosebumps – which she said was a GOOD thing. Paul and Sam sang a lot of rather challenging falsetto lines. Oh and Lillie was officially allocated the most important word of the whole song, despite being only ten.

They’re all going to sound great. Which is just as well, given that we record in less that a week!!!!!
